Remote Compliance Director Jobs (NOW HIRING)

General Purpose

Reporting to the SVP, Associate Chief Compliance Officer, Enterprise Risk Management, the Director of Compliance serves as direct support for compliance field activity, compliance investigations, education and training, auditing, assessment, and analysis. This position partners closely with the compliance leadership team, business operations, clinical operations, and finance. This position will promote strong, compliant, and valuesaligned culture. The role requires a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience with investigations, audits, assessment, analysis, and training, with deep knowledge of skilled nursing facilities and postacute care regulations.

Essential Duties

• Complete compliance audits related to PACS policy and procedures as well as federal and state regulations.

• Analyze audit findings to identify trends, root causes and systemic compliance risks.

• Partner with clinical operations, facilities, and operations to implement corrective action plans and ensure timely follow-up.

• Conduct and/or partner on compliance investigations, ensuring all are completed timely, objectively and well documented.

• Work with the compliance leadership team to operationalize training initiatives and develop/deliver training programs.

• Track training completion metrics and measure effectiveness through assessments and trend analysis.

• Cross functional collaboration across the organization, including (but not limited to) risk management, legal, operations, clinical operations, finance, HR and IT teams.

• Provide regular updates on investigation and audit results and prepare reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree, required. master's degree, preferred.

• 6+ years of leadership in compliance or clinical operations within the skilled nursing industry.

• Prior experience leading compliance audits and conducting internal investigations in a healthcare setting.

• Ensures compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; recommends opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure.

• Demonstrated experience promoting enterprise level initiatives and partnering across an organization.

• Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Physical Demands

• Primarily sedentary role with extended periods of computer work.

• Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 10-20 lbs).

• Regular use of hands for typing and office equipment.

• Ability to read and review detailed documents.

• Clear verbal and written communication required.

• Frequent travel, based on business needs.

Work Location

• This role is remote, requiring 25%-50% travel.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 annually depending on experience
