• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to form independent diagnoses, leveraging your expertise to understand each student's unique situation.
• Collaborate with students to develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities—such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation—to ensure effective interventions and progress tracking.
• Work in conjunction with school staff, including counselors and psychologists, to promote a holistic approach to mental health care, ensuring that all aspects of a student’s life are considered.
• Monitor and assess treatment efficacy through regular check-ins and progress reports, adapting strategies as necessary to maximize positive outcomes.
• Educate and support students in adherence to psychotropic medication regimens as needed, coordinating with medical providers to address side effects and treatment effectiveness.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents who may be facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and social difficulties. The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to an annual incentive bonus.
