Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and overseeing clinical care for clients with diverse mental health needs, ensuring high standards of care are met.
  • Conducting individual and group therapy sessions, performing thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Managing a caseload of patients, addressing various psychological needs through tailored therapeutic interventions.
  • Exhibiting advanced assessment abilities to identify client needs and facilitating collaboration with families to establish effective resolution plans.
  • Applying established clinical skills to provide counseling services, navigate crisis situations, and implement interventions that enhance client well-being.
  • Offering specialized counseling modalities such as individual, conjoint, or family therapy, and making referrals to other specialists when appropriate.
  • Assessing patients' progress regularly and adjusting treatment plans based on evolving preferences and requirements.
  • Completing mental health evaluations and documenting findings within organizational care structures.
  • Crafting strategy outlines and maintaining accurate progress summaries to support continued care.
  • Providing educational resources and supporting programs to enhance the knowledge of patients and their families about mental health issues.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health conditions. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • A Masterโ€™s Degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Must possess current licensure as either an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:

  • The flexibility to choose your hours, with 5-40 hours available per week.
