Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while still engaging deeply with our community health clinic model. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the clinical care for an assigned caseload of diverse patients, demonstrating proficiency in handling various psychological challenges.
• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, providing assessments and preparing detailed treatment logs to document strategies and progress.
• Utilize advanced clinical skills to provide therapeutic interventions effectively, addressing crises, and employing evidence-based methods tailored to patient needs.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with patients and families, ensuring that interventions are personalized and culturally competent.
• Implement ongoing mental health evaluations to ensure the efficacy of therapeutic approaches, making necessary adjustments to care strategies based on patient progress.
• Facilitate educational and supportive programs designed for patients and their families, delivering resources that empower them in their mental health journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse array of individuals facing various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders. The population served reflects a wide demographic, allowing you to apply your expertise across cultural and socioeconomic lines. This role requires an understanding of the distinct barriers and needs unique to each client, allowing you to provide impactful support tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.
• A valid professional license in Texas as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is necessary to practice in this role.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, highlighting a track record of successful intervention strategies and patient engagement.
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to culturally competent practices is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Reliant Healthcare Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $135,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and licensure. Our benefits package is designed to support your well-being and work-life balance, including:

• Up to a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
• Flexible scheduling options with the ability to choose between 5 to 40 hours per week.
