Job description

Sales Director (US - Remote)

Department: Salesย 

Responsibilitiesย 

  • Identify and close new business within assigned accountsย 
  • Manage the sales process, from identification of a new opportunity through proposal, award, negotiation of price and contract terms, and deal closeย 
  • Manage the response to any Requests for Proposal (RFP) or Requests for Information (RFI) with assigned accountsย 
  • Develop and maintain relationships within assigned accountsย 
  • Organize and lead client meetings for initial capabilities presentations, bid defenses,ย 
  • Serve as escalation point for clients as well as client's primary point of contact for mid-study change ordersย 
  • Drive the governance process with assigned strategic accounts, working with services management and the executive team as neededย 
  • Attend conferences and other industry events, representing the Suvoda brand, and identifying new opportunitiesย 
  • Generate new leads, and identify potential deals and partnership opportunitiesย 
  • Collect competitive intelligence, and provide information to managementย 
  • Assist with the development of new sales strategiesย 
  • Assist in training and mentorship of Business Development Associatesย 
  • Perform other related duties as requiredย 

Requirements:ย 

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 7 years of sales experience in the eClinical software fieldย 
  • Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsย 
  • Ambition, self-motivation, and a high level of energyย 
  • Time management and organizational skillsย 
  • Analytical thinking abilityย
