Job description

Job Summary

We are currently seeking bilingual speakers (English & Korean) to participate in an audio data collection project. The objective is to record short, natural conversations to support the development of voice recognition technologies.

This is a short-term, remote opportunity with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities
  • Complete a 30-minute paid training session
  • Participate in 8 short conversation recordings (~5 minutes each)
  • Use an online recording tool (similar to Zoom; no camera required)
  • Engage in natural, everyday conversations (e.g., shopping, travel, planning)

During sessions:

  • One speaker will communicate in English
  • The other will communicate in Korean
Requirements
  • Native English speaker with good Korean understanding, or
  • Native Korean speaker currently based in the US or UK
  • Comfortable speaking naturally in conversational settings
  • Access to a laptop and microphone
  • No prior experience required

A 1-minute audio sample is required for screening.
