This infrastructure role is part of the Clinical Applications & Delivery team and will participate in the planning, organizing, and enhancement of Clinical Application workflow and content at Premise Health Centers. The Clinical Applications Analyst interfaces & collaborates with Implementations, Client Reporting, Application Training, IT, CPM, Billing & Coding, and Medical Leadership teams.
This is a Full Time, remote, Epic MyChart Analyst role.
What You'll Do
  • Plans, designs, implements, maintains, and provides ongoing optimization and support for clinical application software.
  • Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program / application needs and objectives.
  • Performs workflow assessments, captures business needs, and analyzes internal systems to determine functional requirements for optimal utilization of clinical applications.
  • Works within cross-functional teams and with end-users to achieve application integration to meet clinical needs.
  • Performs builds, upgrades, and system enhancements as needed.
  • Supports applications throughout all phases of implementation.
  • Delivers post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • May be expected to write documentation to describe program design, settings and configurations, options, decisions, logic, and corrections.
  • May require other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Epic MyChart certification required.
  • Requires 3-7 years of related experience.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $60,000.00 - $84,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Premise offers the following paid time off benefits. Employees will earn 0.0692 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on standard schedule, per pay period, and will receive 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual, detailed above.
