Job description

The Brain Injury Association of America โ€“ Tennessee Chapter is hiring a Service Coordinator to support individuals and families affected by traumatic brain injury. This role centers on connecting people to critical services, providing reliable information, and helping them navigate complex systems with confidence. This position will cover South Central area counties: Bedford, Coffee, Franklin, Giles, Hickman, Lawrence, Lewis, Lincoln, Marshall, Maury, Moore, Rutherford, and Wayne. Candidates must reside in Tennessee, with a strong preference for Middle Tennessee.

You will work with survivors, caregivers, and professionals while also supporting outreach and community awareness efforts across the region.

As the voice of brain injury, we improve the quality of life of people affected by brain injury across their lifespan through advancing prevention, awareness, research, treatment, education, and advocacy.


Core Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator

This role blends direct service coordination, outreach, and resource development.

Qualifications for Success in This Role
