We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team at Resilience Alliance Mind Connections Mental Healthcare. This full-time position will primarily operate in a remote capacity, serving clients through our community health clinic based in Memphis, Tennessee. The successful candidate will be integral in facilitating emotional healing and personal growth for diverse client populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to accurately determine the appropriate treatment needs and create personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing diverse methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Engage actively with multidisciplinary teams, incorporating insights and recommendations from psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to offer holistic, integrated care to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with all ethical standards and legal requirements to uphold the highest level of professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with individuals facing various emotional and psychological challenges, including trauma, substance abuse issues, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications
