• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and set measurable goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services tailored to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing an array of therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to facilitate coordinated care that addresses clients' multifaceted needs.
• Respond to crisis situations by offering timely intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
• Engage with the community through outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress updates using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

This position primarily involves working with a diverse array of clients—including adults, adolescents, and families—who are dealing with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. By employing culturally competent practices, you will cater to individuals from varying backgrounds, ensuring that their unique needs are recognized and addressed.

• Must hold a current and valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with clients effectively.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in working with individuals from various demographics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably in community mental health.
• Experience working with a multidisciplinary team is preferred, along with knowledge of local community resources.

• A competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
