  • Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to facilitate coordinated care that addresses clients' multifaceted needs.
  • Respond to crisis situations by offering timely intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
  • Engage with the community through outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress updates using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily involves working with a diverse array of clientsโ€”including adults, adolescents, and familiesโ€”who are dealing with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. By employing culturally competent practices, you will cater to individuals from varying backgrounds, ensuring that their unique needs are recognized and addressed.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a current and valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in working with individuals from various demographics.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably in community mental health.
  • Experience working with a multidisciplinary team is preferred, along with knowledge of local community resources.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive health insurance packages that include medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Professional liability insurance provided to ensure peace of mind while practicing.
  • Generous paid time off, holidays, and long-term leave options to support work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for professional development, including access to workshops, training programs, and continuing education to enhance clinical skills.
  • A collaborative team atmosphere focused on ongoing supervision and mentorship, encouraging personal and professional growth.
