  • This role supports a global consumer brand by managing active community engagement across Instagram and TikTok, serving as a consistent, on-brand voice across social channels at scale.
Job Summary
  • Engage daily with comments and posts across the client's Instagram and TikTok brand handles, delivering approximately 1,000 comments per month
  • Respond to comments on brand posts and proactively comment on relevant third-party content that aligns to brand values and guidelines
  • Flag emerging issues, sensitive topics, or brand risks to the appropriate internal stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Fulfill client requests for targeted engagement on specific posts or conversations across the social ecosystem
  • Assist with gathering and compiling engagement data on community comments to support reporting efforts
  • Collaborate with one partner community manager and report to management overseeing the program
  • Monitor cultural trends on Instagram and TikTok to ensure community interactions feel timely and culturally aware
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media community management with community management as a primary focus
  • Hands-on, native in-app experience managing comments and engagement on Instagram and TikTok
  • Demonstrated ability to engage at volume while consistently adhering to brand guidelines
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed with strong written communication skills
  • PR or communications agency experience
  • Experience supporting a global brand or Client/consumer goods brand
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with social listening or community management tools such as Brandwatch
  • Comfort with light reporting and manual engagement data gathering
