• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, developing tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Provide one-on-one individual therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, to effectively support clients.
• Collaborate with clients to explore therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer flexible teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges, ensuring a broad reach of services.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, contributing to efficient client management and care continuity.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and access to industry resources to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging practices.

The therapist will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Each client's experience is unique, and therapists are expected to employ a person-centered approach, ensuring services are equitable and culturally appropriate. • A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling effective caseload management and administrative tasks.

• Previous experience in a community health or private practice setting is preferred, particularly with various therapeutic modalities.
• Experience working with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competency in therapy practices.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology to enhance client engagement and therapy delivery.
