• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and techniques to ensure accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to individual therapeutic goals.
• Provide therapy sessions to clients in various formats: individual, group, and family settings, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate closely with a team of professionals including case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health specialists to provide holistic care.
• Facilitate crisis interventions for clients in acute distress, employing effective de-escalation techniques and support strategies.
• Participate in community outreach efforts and educational initiatives aimed at reducing stigma and promoting mental health awareness across Gresham and surrounding areas.

Our therapists serve a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. We address a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. • Must hold an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong understanding of cultural sensitivity and effective practices in engaging clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic perspectives.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently, including maintaining accurate documentation in a timely manner.

• Experience working within a community health setting is highly desirable, along with familiarity with telehealth practices.
• Previous crisis intervention and management experience is advantageous.
• A background in community outreach and advocacy for mental health awareness will be considered beneficial.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
