• Engage directly with clients, performing assessments and providing therapy to individuals facing severe mental health issues, both in virtual sessions and in community outreach activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute integrated care plans that address the complex needs of clients.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, arranging for comprehensive evaluations when necessary, to ensure accurate diagnosis and intervention strategies.
• Facilitate therapeutic group and family sessions, fostering an environment of trust, support, and empowerment.
• Actively participate in case reviews and clinical meetings, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of service delivery and client care standards.
• Maintain accurate client records, ensuring timely submission of reports and adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational protocols.
• Support crisis intervention initiatives, stepping in to provide immediate assistance when needed to ensure client safety.
• Participate in quality improvement committees, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall agency effectiveness and client satisfaction.

As an LCSW with Community Outreach Mental Care, you will primarily work with a diverse client base that includes individuals from various cultural backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. You will address a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will be crucial in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, promoting resilience, and facilitating access to essential services.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Oregon.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health settings, particularly with underserved populations.
• In-depth understanding of clinical practices and ethical standards related to mental health care.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in the use of telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
