Candidate must reside in the Greater Seattle area

Onsite travel up to 40% required within Seattle / Tacoma / Portland Corridor

The goal of this role is to ensure DaVita is the provider of choice to hospitals. This teammate will engage renal discharge planners and case managers in an effort to build and strengthen relationships. Their focus is to ensure a smooth and seamless experience in support of newly diagnosed and hospitalized dialysis patients to ensure a successful transition to the outpatient setting.


Essential Duties

  • Analyze data insights to highlight its importance and drive growth.

  • Demonstrate executive presence when delivering insights to upper leadership, ensuring clear and impactful communication.

  • Leverage a strategic mindset to perform root cause analysis, identifying opportunities based on patient feedback.

  • Consistently outreach to discharge planners to provide education and build awareness of offerings

  • Prioritize key insights and opportunities to align with business goals and stakeholder needs.

  • Identify opportunities to grow as provider of choice through relationship building and addressing feedback

  • Partner with internal field teammates to optimize the admission process and implement best demonstrated practices

  • Combine analytical rigor with strategic thinking to translate feedback into growth-oriented business strategies.

  • Assist with necessary communication between hospital, admission and clinic teammates to work through patient placements with extenuating circumstances

  • Support a smooth and seamless discharge experience for patients and hospital staff to DaVita centers

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of local markets

Minimum qualifications

  • Intermediate computer skills with a variety of software packages including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, billing systems

The Salary Range for the role is $96,000.00-$132,000.00 per year.If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hourWashington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.63/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
