As a clinician, you will use several digital tools to connect with clients efficiently and engage in regular team meetings, discussions, and training sessions that enhance service delivery.

• Provide direct therapeutic services to clients experiencing significant mental health issues, including conducting assessments and delivering individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement integrated care plans that facilitate coordinated access to behavioral health and related services.
• Engage with clients through various remote platforms, ensuring evidence-based and culturally competent treatment approaches tailored to diverse backgrounds.
• Perform routine screenings and evaluations to identify client needs and monitor progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Participate actively in team meetings to share insights, progress updates, and professional development opportunities that contribute to organizational improvement.
• Participate in crisis intervention as needed, ensuring swift and appropriate responses to immediate concerns arising in client interactions.

Your primary focus will be on individuals from underserved communities, many of whom may have historically faced barriers to accessing quality mental health services. • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in a clinical or community mental health setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in rural or underserved environments.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.
• Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is an advantage.

The salary range for this position is competitive, set between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
