Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing the specific issues faced by each individual, couple, or family.
  • Diagnose psychological conditions and create comprehensive treatment strategies that consider both immediate needs and long-term goals.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions in diverse modalities, including individual, couples, family, and group formats, adapting your approach to suit the context and dynamics of each session.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to changes in their mental health status.
  • Lead parent support groups, providing insight and resources regarding issues such as placement and adoption, particularly for families with prenatally substance-exposed children.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve engaging with adults, children, and adolescent populations from various backgrounds. You will be equipped to address a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and more complex family dynamics. The flexibility to deliver services via telehealth platforms as well as face-to-face, when appropriate, allows you to better serve clients who may have barriers to accessing care.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation.
  • A minimum of a Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar therapeutic setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience implementing telehealth as part of therapeutic services.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques suitable for diverse populations.
  • Proficient in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.
Compensation and Benefits
