Our mission revolves around providing high-quality, accessible, and innovative mental health services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages personal growth and healing.

You will have access to state-of-the-art virtual tools to facilitate seamless communication and documentation, ensuring a productive work experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs of each client and develop personalized treatment plans that outline SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals.
  • Deliver high-quality therapy sessions in various formats, including individual, couples, family, and group settings, using a variety of clinical techniques and interventions.
  • Monitor client progress regularly and modify treatment plans based on evolving needs, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
  • Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions that are culturally sensitive, particularly when addressing complex family dynamics.
  • Lead parent support groups and foster therapeutic environments that address topics like placement issues and adoption, especially for families with prenatally substance-exposed children.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation as per state guidelines and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with adults and children/adolescents, including families facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Your expertise will be pivotal in assisting clients who are dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life transitions. You will create a safe, non-judgmental space that encourages open dialogue and promotes healing.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) status in the state of Oregon.
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
  • At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on therapy practice.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with diverse populations and understanding multicultural issues in therapy.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to streamline client care and documentation.
  • Background in leading therapeutic groups or workshops focused on family dynamics, parenting, or trauma recovery.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salary, we offer benefits that include flexible scheduling, comprehensive health insurance options, and a supportive work environment that prioritizes your professional development.
