Associate Grant & Resource Development Administrator
Full-Time | Fully Remote
We are seeking an experiencedย Associate Grant & Resource Development Administratorย to support the leadership, oversight, and strategic administration of large-scale grant-funded programs.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a professional with deep experience in HUD funding, Continuum of Care (CoC), ESG/CDBG grants, and nonprofit grant administration who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on serving vulnerable and underserved populations.
We are seeking someone with a genuine passion for behavioral health, homelessness services, community outreach, and supporting vulnerable populations through impactful funding initiatives and program development.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in grant compliance, funding strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and operational leadership within nonprofit, housing, behavioral health, public health, or community-based organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Support leadership and oversight of grant operations and grant lifecycle management
Assist in supervising and guiding grant coordination staff
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, County, and HUD grant requirements
Manage and support grant-funded initiatives including:
HUD NOFO
Continuum of Care (CoC)
ESG
CDBG
Serve as a key point of contact for funders, municipalities, stakeholders, and community partners
Assist with department planning, reporting, strategic initiatives, and operational goals
Monitor grant performance, outcomes, compliance measures, and reporting deadlines
Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership teams to support organizational growth and funding initiatives
Qualifications
Masterโs Degree in:
7+ years of grants management experience
5+ years of experience with:
HUD NOFO
Continuum of Care (CoC)
Balance of State (BOS)
ESG and CDBG grants
Previous nonprofit or grant-funded organization experience required
Strong understanding of grant compliance, reporting, and funding administration
Experience working with funder portals and grant systems such as SAGE and ERA Commons preferred
Proven ability to manage complex initiatives, shifting priorities, and cross-functional collaboration
Passion for behavioral health, homelessness services, and community impact
