• Conduct initial assessments to understand client needs and collaboratively set achievable treatment goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs, focusing on prevention-oriented approaches.
• Regularly review and update treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
• Engage with other treatment providers, placement agencies, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions and ensure timely completion of all required paperwork.
• Manage a caseload of clients, providing consistent and quality care while keeping detailed session notes.
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of the treatment environment.
• Foster a positive team culture by sharing knowledge and encouraging team initiatives aimed at improving mental health services.

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in delivering care to vulnerable populations, helping them navigate their unique hurdles through understanding, compassion, and effective therapeutic strategies.

• A current license for professional counseling (LPC), marriage and family therapy (LMFT), or clinical social work (LCSW).
• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is a minimum requirement.
• Strong understanding and familiarity with local community mental health resources.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, crucial for documenting care and engaging with team members.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, with a willingness to mentor peers and contribute to a supportive team dynamic.

• At least one year of hands-on experience in mental health counseling or related practice setting.
• A background in community health settings, mental health policy, or crisis intervention is advantageous.
• Experience working with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competency and sensitivity.

Our compensation package is structured to reflect your experience and credentials, with an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000. Additionally, we offer:
