Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that outline specific goals and objectives.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly focusing on trauma, anxiety, and depression, to facilitate positive outcomes for clients.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage in regular professional development to stay abreast of the latest techniques, research, and best practices in social work and mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits
