Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, including the use of diagnostic tools and interviews.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique challenges and goals, incorporating therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and continuously assess their effectiveness, ensuring positive client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in accordance with all legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems.
• Engage cooperatively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in regular meetings to discuss client progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed.
• Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in the field of social work to enhance your professional skills and improve care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Inland Counseling Center, you will primarily serve a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. Our client base often includes individuals struggling with mental health issues such as trauma-related disorders, severe anxiety, depression, and adjustment challenges. You will be instrumental in helping these clients navigate their mental health journeys through empathy, understanding, and tailored support strategies.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, providing a strong foundation in clinical practices.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Georgia, ensuring compliance with state regulations for practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect effectively with clients and collaborate within a team.
• A proactive problem-solving mindset, with a proven ability to address complex client situations creatively.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Inland Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, alongside performance-based bonuses.
