• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with each patient, fostering an environment conducive to open dialogue and healing.
• Diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, employing evidence-based practices and developing comprehensive treatment plans customized to individual needs.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, providing ongoing support and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress.
• Implement ongoing assessments to track patient development and adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and refer clients to specialists as needed to ensure comprehensive care.

As a key member of our team, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. • Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client caseload and administrative responsibilities.
