• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized evaluation tools.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the diverse clinical needs of clients.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure that clients receive holistic care that incorporates psychiatric, psychological, and social support.
• Provide support and guidance to clients' families, enhancing their understanding of mental health conditions and engaging them in the treatment process.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring that information management meets industry standards.

Cure Care Mental Health Services serves a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health conditions. Our therapists work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal challenges, among other issues. Your role will involve tailoring therapeutic interventions based on the cultural and contextual factors that influence each client's experience.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or PsyD is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated training or substantial experience in mental health counseling, particularly with diverse populations.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapies for addressing a range of mental health issues.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients throughout their recovery journey.
• Strong communication skills, fostering effective collaboration with team members and integrating feedback into care delivery.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or a similar setting.
• Background in providing care via telehealth systems and effective remote communication strategies.
• Proficiency in cultural competence, with an understanding of how various social and cultural dynamics impact mental health.
