An established firm based in New York, NY with over 25+ years in practice is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This role will focus on commercial litigation, including business disputes, contract litigation, and complex commercial matters, representing sophisticated clients throughout New York and the Northeast.

Salary range: $120,000-$220,000+, contingent on experience
Performance-based bonus structure tied to exceeding 1,700 billable hours

Qualifications:
Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility for admission in New York
3-7 years of experience handling commercial litigation matters
Strong experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials
