We're expanding our Federal & State IT Workforce Solutions practice and are looking for a Capture Manager who can own government relationships, capture strategy, proposals, and pipeline conversion end-to-end.
What You'll Own:- Federal, State, and Local agency and prime integrator relationships
- Full capture lifecycle: early positioning win themes proposals
- Converting awards into steady IT staffing requisitions
- Teaming strategy, partner selection, and competitive analysis
- RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, task orders, and IDIQs
- Seamless handoff from award to recruiting and delivery execution
- 8 to 10+ years in Government Capture / GovCon BD
