About Your Role:
As a Senior Outpatient Counselor I or II, you will be responsible for the provision of individual, family, and group therapy sessions for consumers and assisting in the development of the outpatient clinical team to meet the demand of services. This position will be responsible for providing ongoing clinical support to members of the outpatient team and assisting outpatient staff in at-risk situations.

  • Competitive pay $51,450 to $57,900/year (depending on if a I or II)
  • Hybrid/Remote (position is not fully remote. Opportunities for hybrid remote work are available, dependent on consumer needs.)

Does the following apply to you?
Level 1:
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline. o Must have a verified clinical practicum
  • At least 1 year of experience with either a CASSP service system, or employed by a licensed mental health services agency, or subcontracted agency, or other master's level mental health clinicians with documents training in the field of behavioral modification techniques.
  • Actively participating in supervision toward a generally recognized clinical discipline that includes mental health clinical experience (i.e. LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).

Level 2:
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or similar human services field.
  • At least 2 years of experience with either a CASSP service system, or employed by a licensed mental health services agency, or subcontracted agency, or other master's level mental health clinicians with documents training in the field of behavioral modification techniques.
  • Must be licensed in a generally recognized clinical discipline that includes mental health clinical experience (i.e. LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
Additional Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Up to 100% of travel between appointment sites or other locations - as outlined in program requirements
  • Must be proficient in use of electronic health record system.
  • Must be proficient in completion of psychosocial assessments.
