Job description

  • Maintain a full partnership team by spending the equivalent of half a day per week and at least three weeks every year building your team.
  • Participate in an Every Nation church (where applicable).
  • Communicate regularly with partners and Every Nation regarding ministry changes
  • Engage in the Four E's Discipleship process:
    • Proclaim the Gospel using tools such as the God Test, One-Verse Evangelism, and Two-Minute Miracle or other resources approved by your MAL.
    • Build foundations through small groups, One2One, and Purple Book.
    • Train disciples with various ministry tools such as the God Test, One-Verse Evangelism, Two-Minute Miracle, etc.
    • Identify, train, and release student leaders to do small groups and relational evangelism.
