This Opportunityย

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the Research Operations product area within the Trusted Research Environment, part of the Evidence team at Truveta, which develops a modern research platform enabling researchers to generate high-quality real-world evidence from one of the world's largest collections of electronic health record data.ย

As research becomes more collaborative, AI-assisted, and enterprise-scale, researchers and organizations need confidence that theyย remainย informed and in control throughout the research lifecycle. They must understand what is happening, who performed actions, what changed, what work is running, what it costs, andย maintainย reliable audit trails for enterprise governance and regulatory requirements. As AI agents take on increasingly autonomous work, this need for transparency, governance, operational oversight, and cost awareness becomes even more critical.ย

You will bring together existing capabilities into a cohesive long-term strategy whileย identifyingย new opportunities to simplify enterprise research. • Balance researcher experience with enterprise administration, governance, and regulated customer requirements.ย
    • Identifyย new platform capabilities that improve transparency, operational efficiency, and customer control across the Research Environment.ย

Platform ownershipย

      • Identity, authentication, and access managementย
      • Organization administration and collaborationย
      • Research operations and operational visibilityย

Lead products end-to-end, from customer discovery and strategy through implementation, launch, customer adoption, and continuous improvement. Partner closely with Design and Engineering, define requirements, support documentation and customer enablement, and measure customer impact after release.ย

Cross-functional leadershipย

Partner with Engineering, Design, Security, Infrastructure, Finance, Customer Success, and Product teams across Seattle and India to deliver shared platform capabilities.
