The Remote Licensed Professional Counselor role is designed for individuals who thrive in a supportive and collaborative remote work setting. While our practices operate primarily online, we maintain strong ties with Comprehensive Psychiatric Care through shared initiatives, leadership, values, and office logistics. This fosters a multi-disciplinary approach that enhances service delivery and ensures clients receive optimal care tailored to their individual needs.

• Manage and maintain a caseload of clients, fostering rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, address stability, schedule appointments, and determine suitable discharge plans when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure effective interventions.
• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining detailed progress notes for each individual, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and inform the development of personalized treatment strategies.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support client growth and recovery.
• Engage in individual supervision to reflect on practices, enhance skills, and address challenges in counseling.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive care.
• Embrace a growth mindset in your practice, continually seeking to improve and adapt your therapeutic techniques to meet client needs.

Our clientele encompasses a wide range of ages and backgrounds, requiring a diverse set of therapeutic skills to address mental health challenges effectively. You will work with individuals and families facing various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By providing tailored, client-centered care, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating healing and personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington state.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting providing direct psychotherapy services.
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated competence in conducting intake assessments and developing client treatment plans.

• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities.
• Background in collaborating in multidisciplinary teams to optimize client care processes.
• Comfort with utilizing telehealth technologies and offering remote counseling sessions.

• Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, reflecting experience and professional qualifications.
