We're seeking a Remote Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for prospective customers and help fuel our agency's continued growth. Responsibilities- Make outbound calls using agency-provided lead lists and internet inquiries
- Build rapport and schedule qualified appointments for Licensed Sales Producers
- Handle objections using proven agency scripts
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM
- Meet daily activity and appointment-setting goals
- Participate in coaching sessions, role-playing, and ongoing training
Requirements- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace
- Previous appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales experience is a bonus
