We are hiring confident, driven appointment setters to join our fast growing event booking team in the med spa and wellness industry.
This is not cold calling businesses or chasing uninterested prospects.
You will be speaking with warm leads who already expressed interest in our body sculpting events and began the booking process. Your role is to reconnect with those leads, handle objections confidently, secure deposits, and help convert interest into booked appointments.
A Bit About UsLimitless Cryo Spa is a fast growing leader in the med spa event space. We started as spa owners with 7 locations across the country and quickly realized the biggest opportunity was not just in owning spas, it was in helping other med spas, day spas, health and wellness providers, and beauty businesses run profitable body sculpting promotional events.
Through our proven event model, we help spa partners generate major revenue in just a few days by filling their calendars with qualified local prospects who are excited to come in for an introductory cryo body sculpting session.
Our campaigns generate a high volume of leads through email, SMS, database reactivation, and paid ads. Many of those leads begin the booking process, but do not complete it by paying their deposit. That is where you come in.
At LCS, you will not be cold calling random prospects all day. You will be calling warm leads who have already raised their hand, started to book, and shown clear interest. Your job is to follow up, overcome hesitation, collect the deposit, and help get them scheduled so they actually show up to the event.
This role is mission critical because every deposit collected means another person in the chair, another opportunity for the spa, and more revenue generated for the event.
What Success Looks LikeAs a Warm Lead Conversion Appointment Setter, your role is to call warm leads who started their appointment booking but did not finish by paying their deposit.
These people already clicked, engaged, and began the process. They are not strangers. Your job is to reconnect with them quickly, create urgency, answer questions, and get them to complete their booking by paying the deposit to secure their spot.
This is a high volume, high accountability role for someone who can stay focused, follow a proven script, and produce every day.
The opportunity is simple:
More conversions = more deposits collected = more commission earned.
The goal is to consistently recover 10 deposits per day. When you do that, you create real revenue for the company and strong commissions for yourself.
Compensation for this role is $1,000 USD per month base pay, plus $20 for every successful deposit collected.
Top performenrs in this role consistently earn between $3,000 to $5,000+ USD per month, depending on performance.

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)Call leads who started the appointment booking process but did not complete their deposit payment.
- Follow up quickly with warm leads by phone to recover incomplete bookings.
- Use our script and sales process to collect deposits and secure appointments.
- Handle common objections and questions with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain a high level of daily call activity and follow up volume.
- Keep CRM records updated with accurate notes and disposition statuses.
- Provide accurate daily reporting on calls made, deposits collected, and pending opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with the team inside Slack.
- Show up prepared and on time for all meetings, training sessions, and check ins.
- Protect the customer experience while maximizing completed bookings.
Results (Expected Accomplishments)- Collect 5 to 10 deposits per day on average
- Consistently convert warm incomplete bookings into secured appointments
