• Act as a clinician who offers direct therapeutic services both in remote and community settings, addressing the needs of clients dealing with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to shared objectives and collective care strategies.
• Prepare and conduct developmentally appropriate screenings, and facilitate or coordinate more in-depth assessments as necessary.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans aimed at ensuring comprehensive service delivery and continuity of care.
• Deliver a variety of focused treatment and recovery services, including crisis intervention, counseling sessions, and follow-up on client progress.
• Cultivate positive relationships with clients, affirm their agency, and empower them through evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Monitor the safety of the environment, adhering to protocols to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Ensure thorough documentation, including timely completion of reports and data submission related to your caseload.
• Provide on-call support during and after program hours as needed, ensuring clients receive timely assistance.
• Take part in quality improvement initiatives through committee involvement aimed at enhancing service delivery across the organization.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing complex mental health challenges, including those in crisis situations and those requiring detox services. You will engage with a diverse client base characterized by differing traditions and backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care is central to your practice. This role is crucial in helping vulnerable populations navigate their mental health journeys with dignity and respect.

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada is required.
• Possess expert knowledge in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies tailored to diverse populations.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate client needs and document care processes.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage caseloads efficiently while prioritizing urgent client needs.
• Be knowledgeable about ethical standards and the code of conduct relevant to clinical practice.
• Show a commitment to collaborating with team members and stakeholders to promote holistic client care.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a social worker, particularly in behavioral health settings, is strongly preferred.
• Experience in crisis intervention and management, particularly with clients in detox or recovery settings.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
