About the Role:
 
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to architect and deliver high quality internal systems and customer facing products. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the evolution of our products and services by building scalable backend services and performant frontend experiences that exceed customer expectations.
 
As a senior technical leader, you will mentor peers, and own features end to end from design through deployment and ongoing support. 
Responsibilities:
  • Write secure, maintainable, production ready code that meets internal standards and industry best practices 
  • Enhance and extend existing products including complex reporting queries, large dataset processing and Microsoft Graph or third party API integrations 
  • Design and build scalable APIs that integrate with internal and external services 
  • Contribute across the stack including backend services and React based frontend functionality 
  • Translate product requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans 
  • Communicate progress effectively through standups and written updates 
  • Apply security best practices to protect customer and internal data 
  • Ensure thorough testing, participate in code reviews and proactively resolve defects and performance issues 
  • Mentor teammates and share technical knowledge across business units 
Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of professional software development experience with ownership of production systems 
  • Strong experience building modern full stack applications across .NET and React with TypeScript 
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs in scalable distributed systems 
  • Hands on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases 
  • Experience with Docker and Azure DevOps including source control, CI CD and work tracking 
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI coding assistants as a productivity multiplier while maintaining strong code ownership, critical review and debugging discipline 
  • Comfortable collaborating in a distributed environment and contributing to a shared codebase 
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with real-time communication patterns such as SignalR or WebSockets 
  • Strong React experience including Redux, modern CSS techniques and performance optimization 
  • Experience building or supporting analytics and reporting platforms 
  • Exposure to Kubernetes in production or staging environments 
  • Experience with Redis or similar caching technologies 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or Microsoft Graph APIs 
Compensation:
  • Competitive Base Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 based on experience and location.
