  • Salary: $176,280 - $220,350 plus annual target bonus
  • This role can be based out of any of the RCCB Production Centers (CA, IL, MI, MN, WI)

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Lead a team of technical resources providing onsite and remote support for manufacturing facilities experiencing equipment downtime and automation-related issues
  • Partner with plant leadership, Operations Excellence, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability, optimize line performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Evaluate equipment and production line performance to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and improve operational efficiency
  • Facilitate root cause analysis activities utilizing methodologies such as Breakdown Analysis (BDA), 5-Why, and Fishbone
  • Support and troubleshoot plant automation systems, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs),
  • Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), industrial networks, and associated controls infrastructure
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 13 plus years of specific experience and 8 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Master’s Degree
