Responsibilities
Drive Growth: Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Consult & Protect: Educate customers about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Represent the Brand: Foster strong customer relationships as a trusted ambassador for our agency.
Stay Organized: Maintain accurate customer records and manage policy updates efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
Sales Mindset: Proven experience in sales is preferred; a goal-oriented mindset is required.
Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-Discipline: Ability to manage multiple objectives and work effectively in a fast-paced environment without needing to be micro-managed.
Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) and/or Life & Health licenses are highly preferred (or the willingness to obtain them).
