The Better Movement Coaching Hub is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our clinical team. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Better Movement Coaching Hub, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of couples and families to understand their unique dynamics and challenges.
  • Facilitating individual and couples therapy sessions to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and promote emotional health.
  • Designing tailored therapeutic interventions to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, blended family concerns, and job-related stress.
  • Providing crisis intervention services and support for clients experiencing acute mental health issues.
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care and improve patient outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will encompass a diverse range of patient populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will focus on various issues, including but not limited to:

  • Alcohol abuse and dependency.
  • Interpersonal conflicts among family members.
  • Grief and loss processing.
  • Adjustments to significant life changes, such as divorce or remarriage.
  • Communication difficulties within families.
  • Managing stressors related to job and health issues.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Possess an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Hold a Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating clinical excellence and a commitment to patient care.
