Your role as an LCSW will involve a wide range of responsibilities that are pivotal to ensuring clients receive the necessary support and services for their mental health needs. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct clinical services via telehealth consultations, addressing complex cases involving major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to set and achieve collective goals, demonstrating a focus on teamwork and synergy.
• Practicing cultural competence and empathy when interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring all clients feel understood and respected.

• Maintaining an active caseload, providing individualized assessments, and coordinating group and family therapy sessions for clients.

The clients you will serve include individuals from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, many of whom experience barriers to accessing mental health care. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.
• Valid LCSW licensure from the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience, with a strong understanding of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities, fostering efficient service delivery.
• Competence in applying developmental perspectives and age-specific needs for various client populations.

While not mandatory, proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred. Familiarity with telehealth technology and experience in crisis management will also be advantageous in this role.
