This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from wherever you feel most comfortable while connecting with clients through a secure telemedicine platform. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients through remote consultations, developing effective treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with clinical guidelines and state regulations, ensuring quality and continuity of care.
• Utilize telehealth technologies to connect with clients, ensuring they receive timely interventions and support.
• Foster a therapeutic alliance with clients by providing empathetic, personalized care, aimed at addressing their individual concerns and objectives.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary care teams, offering insights and recommendations that enhance patient treatment strategies.

As a Remote LMFT, you will work primarily with individuals and couples facing a variety of challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. Our diverse client population requires a therapist who is adaptable and sensitive to different backgrounds and circumstances, ensuring that everyone feels heard and supported throughout their therapy journey.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.
• An active LMFT license issued by the State of California, enabling you to practice within the state.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct therapeutic experience, excluding orientation or training periods.
• Strong comfort level with technology, including telehealth platforms and video conferencing software; previous experience in telemedicine is highly preferred.
• A commitment to delivering evidence-based therapy while being adaptable to the varied needs of clients.
• Competence in multiple therapeutic modalities, allowing for a tailored approach to client care and long-term effectiveness.

• Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with teletherapy tools to optimize session quality and client engagement.
• Proficiency in specific therapeutic techniques (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy) that can be effectively applied in a remote setting.
• A demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients in a virtual environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
