• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with them.
• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions via a user-friendly telehealth platform.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions, ensuring compliance with both legal and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision, engaging in continuous professional development to enhance your skills.
• Utilize a library of therapeutic resources, maintaining familiarity with various therapeutic modalities to address diverse client needs.
• Be active in promoting mental wellness and providing education to clients about coping strategies and self-care techniques.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, focusing on those who are currently stable and require low-acuity support. You will have the flexibility to refine your areas of expertise, allowing you to cater to specific demographics or issues, whether that be family dynamics, relationship counseling, or general mental well-being. Our referral system ensures you will receive clients who are well-matched to your skills.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentials in the state of California, with no disciplinary actions on your license.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues alike.
• A private, dedicated workspace that adheres to HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality.
• A proactive approach to managing your caseload, minimizing unnecessary paperwork while maximizing client care.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is a plus, but not required.
• History of working with diverse populations and adaptable therapeutic techniques.
• Dual or multi-state licensing will enhance your application.

• Attractive annual compensation ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with comprehensive healthcare benefits.
• Receive a significant sign-on bonus of $3000 upon successful onboarding and completion of seeing your first client within two weeks.
