• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional states, employing evidence-based tools and methodologies to evaluate their needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their unique circumstances and goals.
• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions for a diverse client base, addressing various mental health issues and promoting emotional well-being.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions designed to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and build stronger partnerships.
• Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to reflect evolving needs and objectives.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring compliance with ethical frameworks and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in collaborative care with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and strategies to ensure comprehensive client support.
• Respond effectively to crisis situations by providing immediate intervention services and support to clients in distress.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in marriage and family therapy, incorporating new techniques into your practice.

Your role will focus on a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals of all ages, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families facing emotional difficulties. You will engage with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and more. Your clinical expertise will empower clients to achieve positive mental health outcomes and enhance their overall quality of life. • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• An active license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience providing individual and/or couples therapy, demonstrating a strong understanding of therapeutic approaches.
• Proficiency in completing client assessments, documenting treatment plans, and maintaining accurate progress notes.

• Experience working with children and teenagers is a significant plus, allowing for a wider client focus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting at $90,000 and going up to $105,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
