Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients, utilizing tools like the DSM-5 to inform diagnostic criteria and treatment planning.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that account for cultural diversity and unique patient needs, continually adjusting strategies based on patient progress and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment records and progress notes, in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design comprehensive therapeutic interventions and ensure coordinated care.

  • Act as a liaison between patients and additional service providers, coordinating referrals and navigating treatment pathways effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
