Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions for adults and adolescents, according to established treatment plans, and document therapeutic progress meticulously.
  • Develop individualized psychotherapy plans that reflect actionable goals and objectives, tailored to each clientโ€™s unique needs.
  • Actively participate as a valued member of the treatment team, contributing insights and providing consultative services when necessary to enhance overall patient care.
  • Ensure timely completion of all required documentation, adhering to company policies and licensing standards.
  • Serve as a liaison with community-based treatment professionals to support comprehensive care for clients when needed.
  • Navigate legal obligations regarding subpoenas for records and court appearances with professionalism while upholding confidentiality protocols.
  • Attend all scheduled work shifts and meetings, as attendance is critical to team cohesion and patient care.
  • Complete any other job-related tasks as assigned to meet the needs of our service delivery.
