Transformation Change Analyst (Back Office)

Location: Remote

We’re looking for a Transformation Change Analyst to help drive adoption and engagement across enterprise transformation initiatives. In this role, you’ll partner closely with business leaders, project teams, communications, and training teams to support colleagues through organizational change in a thoughtful and practical way.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do
  • Partner with transformation teams to support change management activities across enterprise initiatives
  • Help develop communications, FAQs, updates, and engagement materials that improve understanding and adoption
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities including workshops, demonstrations, and feedback sessions
  • Assist with readiness planning, adoption tracking, and change impact activities
  • Collaborate with Communications, Training, and project teams to support successful implementation efforts
  • Gather colleague feedback and identify opportunities to improve the change experience
  • Help support training coordination and enablement activities for impacted teams

QUALIFICATIONS
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience supporting change management, communications, training, project coordination, or transformation initiatives
  • Experience within insurance, financial services, professional services, or similar environments preferred
  • Familiarity with change management principles and frameworks such as ADKAR preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Prosci certification is a plus

Compensation:
Salary range: $70,000 – $110,000 per year
Eligible for performance-based bonus: Yes
