Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand clients' histories and mental health needs, creating tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy to address individual, group, couples, and family therapy needs.
  • Regularly collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, coordinating treatment as necessary.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
