This position is entirely remote, allowing flexibility in your work environment while supporting clients through our innovative telehealth facilities. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand clients' histories and mental health needs, creating tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy to address individual, group, couples, and family therapy needs.
• Regularly collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, coordinating treatment as necessary.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed of advancements in mental health practices and recommendations.

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, many of whom may be experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, or relationship issues. With the flexibility of telehealth, you will have the opportunity to support a wider community, catering to individuals and families who may apprehend attending traditional therapy settings.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, especially in a clinical environment.

• Experience or specialization in therapy areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in digital therapeutic tools and telehealth platforms is an asset.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you may qualify for bonuses as part of our incentive programs.
