Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, enabling you to provide therapeutic services from your home or any location of your choice. Utilizing state-of-the-art telehealth technology, you will engage with clients face-to-face in a virtual environment, ensuring convenience and accessibility for both you and your clients. You will also participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, fostering collaboration with fellow clinicians, administrative staff, and healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients, establishing individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health practitioners, to provide holistic care and support for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay abreast of the latest trends and research in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve come from varied backgrounds, each with unique challenges, including but not limited to trauma, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your role will emphasize creating an empathetic and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings, leading to meaningful progress toward their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of two years of experience in counseling, ideally within clinical settings that emphasize therapy provision.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Valley Spring Recovery Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 110,000 annually, with the potential for a sign-on bonus.
