• Continuously assess and respond to the evolving needs of clients, ensuring personalized care is delivered throughout their treatment.
• Facilitate open communication among team members, clients’ families, and key stakeholders, promoting collaboration and individual progress.
• Manage a detailed schedule of appointments, follow-ups, and home visits to effectively monitor client development.
• Conduct comprehensive home visits for assessments, documentation reviews, and to engage with clients within their own environment.
• Ensure all care programs are implemented effectively, adhering to the therapeutic strategy outlined for each client.
• Contribute actively to Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, sharing insights and updates to foster team growth and alignment.
• Maintain meticulous client documentation, including monthly and quarterly progress notes to track treatment outcomes.
• Organize and lead training sessions for peers to enhance the team's ability to deliver effective mental health services.
• Perform follow-up actions, such as interviews and observations, to ensure ongoing client needs are being met post-treatment.
• Act as a liaison between the clinic and the broader community, supporting initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness.
• Participate in the creation and refinement of training materials to ensure that staff members are well-equipped to support client programs.

This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including both adults and youth, who present various mental health needs. Clients may be dealing with issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and family dynamics. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is essential.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health practices.
• Experience in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse will be highly regarded.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the clinical counseling framework.
