Healthy Mind and Soul Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our compassionate team in delivering remote outpatient mental health services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing therapeutic support to clients experiencing diverse mental health challenges. This full-time position allows professionals to work from home while fostering meaningful connections with clients, developing treatment plans, and supporting their journey towards improved mental well-being.

As a remote outpatient facility, we offer flexibility for our counseling staff while ensuring accessibility for clients. Counselors can engage with clients through secure telehealth platforms, allowing for thorough assessments and interventions without geographical barriers. Our center supports a healthy work-life balance by maintaining traditional office hours—Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm—without evening or weekend commitments, giving counselors ample time to recharge and stay focused on their clients.

• Manage a caseload of clients effectively while establishing trust and rapport through consistent and respectful interactions.
• Conduct regular follow-up appointments with clients to monitor progress, address any concerns, and implement necessary adjustments in treatment plans based on their evolving needs.
• Develop and execute individualized, person-centered treatment plans that cater to the unique challenges faced by each client.
• Document each client’s journey with precise progress notes and maintain accurate records in compliance with relevant clinical standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather pertinent background information, identifying areas of support and intervention.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions weekly, delivering tailored interventions that meet the specific requirements of the patient population.
• Engage in professional supervision and peer consultation meetings to continually enhance clinical skills and ensure ethical practice.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans, improving overall patient outcomes.
• Foster a growth mindset by actively pursuing training and educational opportunities to expand knowledge and competencies.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, and various other mental health issues. Understanding and navigating these unique circumstances requires a compassionate and skilled counseling approach, as each client's experience is distinctly personal and meaningful.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A current and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential.
• At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient environment post-graduation is necessary.
• Strong critical thinking skills, coupled with exceptional communication and active listening abilities, are vital in this role.

While one year of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specific therapeutic approaches (such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, or trauma-informed care) will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth practices will also be advantageous.

Healthy Mind and Soul Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually. Our compensation structure also features a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, enabling counselors to receive payment ahead of collections, mitigating financial delays.
