• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to determine clients' history of substance abuse alongside their mental health challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address not only addiction but also any underlying mental health issues that may be contributing to the substance use.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with a dynamic treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure all-encompassing care for clients.
• Engage and educate clients' families, encouraging their involvement in the recovery process to build a supportive home environment.
• Maintain precise and compliant records in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and client care.

Our primary focus is individuals dealing with substance abuse issues along with any dual diagnoses of mental health conditions—ranging from anxiety and depression to severe personality disorders. Our therapists will work closely with clientele from diverse backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges in their recovery process. • A valid and active license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD.
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in addiction counseling, coupled with knowledge of practices that are informed by current research in the field.
• Exemplary therapeutic skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate clients throughout their recovery journey.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to forge strong relationships with clients and team members.

Ideal candidates will possess specialized training in substance abuse counseling, including certifications related to addiction and co-occurring disorders. Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is highly desirable, as is familiarity with telehealth technology and remote client engagement methods.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
