You will be part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, focusing on delivering integrated care tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy using recognized evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client's specific circumstances.
• Collaborate diligently with healthcare professionals and the treatment team to ensure continuity and coordination of care for all clients.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes, fostering a supportive atmosphere for peer interaction and shared learning.
• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessment and safety planning, to manage acute situations effectively.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards to support client progress and outcomes.

Your primary clientele will consist of individuals facing mental health challenges, including those undergoing detoxification from substances. In this role, you will provide compassionate support and therapeutic interventions to help clients overcome barriers to recovery and enhance their mental well-being. Your work will be pivotal in assisting clients on their journey towards therapeutic healing and personal development.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Kansas.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and treatment approaches.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and team members.

• Previous experience in a detox or addiction treatment environment is highly desirable.
• Advanced training or certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities will strengthen your application.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote client management is an asset in delivering effective care.
