Work From Home. Help People. Make a Difference.

Are you looking for a remote customer service or call center job where you can help people every day?

We're hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) team. You'll answer inbound calls from members across the United States and help them arrange transportation to medical appointments and healthcare services.

You don't need previous healthcare or transportation experience to be successful. If you're dependable, comfortable talking with people, have strong computer skills, and enjoy helping others, we'll provide the training and support you need to learn the role.

This is a fully remote position. Applicants must reside in Kansas.

What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Answer inbound customer service calls in a professional, friendly manner
  • Help members schedule transportation to medical appointments
  • Make changes to existing transportation reservations
  • Process ride cancellations and updates
  • Verify member and trip information
  • Enter accurate information into computer systems
  • Communicate with transportation providers and healthcare facilities
  • Listen carefully to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Document customer interactions accurately
  • Follow established procedures, client requirements, and compliance standards
  • Maintain excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced call center environment

What Makes You Successful

We're looking for people who are:

  • Dependable and reliable
  • Comfortable talking with customers by phone

  • Good listeners
  • Detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software
  • Able to multitask between multiple computer systems
  • Comfortable following established procedures
  • Professional when handling difficult or emotional conversations
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment

Required Qualifications

  • Must currently live in the state of Kansas
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work from a secure, quiet home workspace
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in any of the following is a plus, but not required:

  • Meaningful, Purpose-Driven Work
  • Opportunity to Serve Members Nationwide

  • Vision insurance
  • 401(k) / retirement benefits

Schedule Full-Time

Why This Job Matters

Every day, people depend on transportation to get to doctors' appointments, medical treatments, therapy, and other essential healthcare services.

When you answer the phone, schedule a ride, solve a problem, or help someone navigate a change to their transportation, you're helping remove a barrier to healthcare.

You don't just answer calls.

You help keep healthcare moving.

Ready to Join Our Team?

If you're looking for a remote customer service job, work-from-home call center position, or full-time customer support opportunity in Kansas, we'd love to hear from you.
