As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with clients from various backgrounds, providing culturally competent care that respects and understands their unique experiences and challenges.

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or possess a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport with clients remotely, creating a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and an understanding of the complexities of clients' mental health challenges, fostering a supportive environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for effectively overseeing therapy sessions and maintaining accurate documentation.
