Location : Remote (100%)
Citrix experience is a must
- Incident Management / Problem Management (ITIL, ITSM frameworks)
- At least 4+ years of relevant experience in systems management or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- VMware environments
- Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (2203 or newer)
- Citrix NetScaler and PVS
- Red Hat Linux (RHEL 8/9) troubleshooting and lifecycle management
- LVM and SAN/NAS storage management
- Data Center design, build, and physical hardware management (rack & stack, cabling)
- Shell scripting for automation and snapshot management
